Refund policy

At Naav Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality ayurvedic formulations. Due to the personal nature of our products and in the interest of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, we have established the following Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Naav Ayurveda, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.


1. General Policy Statement

All products sold by Naav Ayurveda are non-refundable once sold and delivered. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances except where mandated under applicable law.

Returns or exchanges are permitted only in limited situations as defined in this policy.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, Naav Ayurveda does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with tampered seals
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products stored improperly after receipt
  • Items purchased under promotional, clearance, or special sale categories (unless defective upon delivery)

Once the product seal is broken, it is deemed accepted by the customer and cannot be returned or exchanged.


3. Damaged or Tampered Products (Transit-Related Issues)

If you receive a product that appears tampered, leaking, broken, or physically damaged at the time of delivery:

  • You must notify our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of delivery. (on customercare@naavayurveda.com)
  • Notification must include:
    • Clear photographs of the outer packaging
    • Images of the damaged product
    • An unedited unboxing video showing the issue clearly
    • Order number and contact details

Failure to report within 24 hours of delivery will result in automatic rejection of the claim.

Naav Ayurveda reserves the right to investigate all such claims before approving any exchange.


4. Product Quality Concerns

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue:

  • You must notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Supporting documentation (photos, batch number, and detailed explanation) is mandatory.
  • The product must be at least 80% unused and returned in original packaging.

Claims submitted after 7 days will not be considered.


5. Exchange Conditions

Exchanges (where approved) will be processed only if:

  • The product is returned in saleable condition.
  • The original packaging, labels, and invoice are intact.
  • The product shows no signs of deliberate damage, misuse, alteration, or contamination.
  • The issue is verified by our quality control team.

Naav Ayurveda reserves sole discretion to approve or reject exchange requests after internal inspection.

Exchange approval does not imply admission of liability.


6. No Refund Policy

Naav Ayurveda follows a strict No Refund Policy.

  • Monetary refunds will not be issued once an order is confirmed and dispatched.
  • Shipping charges, handling charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
  • In cases where exchange is approved but the replacement product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at the company’s discretion.
  • Store credit, if issued, will have a defined validity period.

Refunds will only be processed if explicitly required under applicable consumer protection laws.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Naav Ayurveda shall not be responsible for:

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by courier partners.
  • Orders returned due to non-availability of the recipient.

Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.


8. Damage After Delivery

Naav Ayurveda is not liable for:

  • Damage caused due to improper storage.
  • Exposure to extreme temperature or moisture.
  • Misuse or incorrect application.
  • Allergic reactions arising from individual sensitivities.
  • Failure to follow usage instructions.

Customers are advised to perform a patch test before using any skincare product.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before shipment confirmation.
  • Naav Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Naav Ayurveda’s liability, in any case, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

Under no circumstances shall Naav Ayurveda be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from product use.


11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of purchases made from Naav Ayurveda shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.


12. Policy Amendments

Naav Ayurveda reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy shall be effective immediately upon publication on the official website.

Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.

 

No replacement or return order requests are entertained after 1 week of receiving the order. Customers are requested to take a note of this and use the products within the time mentioned. We won’t replace any product that's ordered months ago and expired / damaged as a result of poor product storage or handling. No claims or returns for any orders are accepted under any circumstances after 1 week of successful order delivery.
